SYNCHRONIZING CARBURETORS 1With the outboard in water, start engine and allow to warm upShift the outboard to neutral2Connect tachometer to the engine3Adjust idle RPM screw (a) on bottom carburetor to obtain an idle setting of 1000 RPM in neutralIf necessary, keep adjusting the idle screwNOTE: Keep engine speed set at 1000 RPM in neutral while synchronizing carburetors
