Pinion GearDrive Shaft Assembly
1Clean pinion nut and pinion nut threads of drive shaft with Loctite Primer (92-59327- 1)2Position pinion bearing into race while installing drive shaft and pinion gear into housi ng3Apply Loctite 271 (92-8230891) to pinion nut threads4 Install pinion nut, with rounded corners FACING pinion gear, onto drive shaft5Using Drive Shaft Holding Tool (91-83180M) to hold drive shaft, torque pinion nut to 50 lbft (67.8 Nm)
