4Assemble end capaEnd Cap-ring (2)Scraper Seal
a- Capa-ring (2)Scraper Seal
5Lubricate seal and rod shaft with Power Trim and Steering Fluid to prevent seal damage during assemblyReinstall end cap
REASSEMBLY IMPORTANT: Components must be clean for reassemblyAny debris in the system can cause the system to malfunctionNOTE: Refer to "Tilt Ram Components" for proper Dring sizesaEnd Cap
1Apply Quicksilver Power Trim and Steering Fluid on O-rings prior to reassembly2Install O-ring on Memory Piston Cup3Push memory piston all the way to the bottom of the cylinder and then fill 34 full with oil before installing rod
