Filling the Oil Injection System 1Fill remote oil tank with the recommended oil listed in the Operation and Maintenance ManualTighten fill cap
Oil supply hose between the engine oil tank and Electric oil pump must be purged of air before starting enginePrior to initial engine startup, remove oil hose between the oil pump and air compressorManually fill the hose with Quicksilver TC-W3 Premium Plus Cycle OutboardaFill Cap
Prime the oil injection pump as follows: 1Shift outboard to "NEUTRAL" position2Turn the ignition key switch to the "ON" positionOFF
2Remove fill cap from the engine oil tank and fill the tank with oilReinstall the fill cap
