Vapor Separator Disassembly 1Remove screws securing separator cover and remove cover
3Fuel pump may be removed from cover by wiggling slightly while pulling outwardIMPORTANT: DO NOT twist pump during removal as wire harness may be damaged4Disconnect harness from pump to separate pump from coverInspect filter screen for debrisScreen may be pried out of pump and cleaned as required

2Inspect seal in fuel pump chamber of separator tank for cuts and abraisionsReplace seal if necessaryIf seal is serviceable, apply 2-4-C wrreflon Marine Lubricant (92-825407 12) to seal lips
