Clean old Loctite from threads on vertical shaft and threads in motor housingFeed motor wires up thru vertical shaftApply Loctite 271 to threads on vertical shaftTighten motor assembly hand tightWipe off excess LoctiteMotor can be positioned in any direction on vertical shaft
Slide lower bearing retainer and lower ball bearing on shaftInsert vertical shaft thru upper shaftSlide upper bearing on shaft and install upper bearing retainer with two screwsLubricate upper and lower ball bearings with Multipurpose LubricantSlide lower bearing retainer against ball bearing, then pull down on vertical shaft and push up on lower bearing retainer until shaft is snugSecure lower bearing retainer to shaft with two set screwsabcdSet Screw (2 Req'd) Lower Bearing Retainer Lower Ball Bearing Vertical Shaft efghUpper Shaft Screw Upper Ball Bearing Upper Bearing Retainer
