GEAR HOUSING INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: If motor armature shaft pulled out with gear housing, remove nose cone and reposition brushes onto commutatorRefer to "Motor Housing", following1Place new "0" ring around gear housing retainer(Figure 12) 2Place gear housing onto motor housing with skeg facing downTurn propeller shaft to align slot in sun gear with armature shaft3If nose cone was removed, position nose cone onto motor housingBe sure that wires are positioned so that they will not be pinched by thru bolts or between nose cone and motor housing

1Fill gear housing with lubricant, as follows: aPosition gear housing so that "Fill" hole is below the gear housing centerline, as shown in Figure 13
