Description The AutoBlend system consists of an oil tank, cap assembly, main body assembly, main body cover, diaphragm plate assembly, internal oil filter assembly, electronic module and fuel filter assemblyThe AutoBlend delivers gasolineoil mixture of 50:1 ratio to the outboard at all outboard speedsThe oil reservoir total oil capacity is 3.9 quarts (4.13 liters)A usable oil reserve capacity of pint (.47 liters) is included in the total capacity and will provide approximately 30 minutes of WOT operation after low oil warning horn soundsThe oil reservoir capacity treats approximately 45 gallons (171 liters) of fuelThe horn, located in the remote control box or in the wiring harness near the key switch in boats with panel mounted controls, is energized by the AutoBlend electronic control module and sounds warning signal for the following items: Self-Test FeatureWhen the ignition key is turned ON the warning horn beeps once to indicate that wiring harness is intact and is properly connected Low Oil Level Warning -If the oil drops below usable pint the warning horn will sound beeping signalThe AutoBlend is essentially "spliced" into the fuel system between the fuel tank and engineAn electrical wiring harness from the engine for self-test,low oil level warning and engine overheat warning is connected to AutoBlendTesting the low oil warning system is accomplished by completely fillirig the AutoBlend oil reservoir tank with oil, turn ignition key to the ON position, listen for selftest beep and then turning the AutoBlend upside-down which will allow the low oil warning sensor to activate the warning horn
