3Install gasket (a) Cleaning, Inspection and Repair
Cleaning
Use good grade of solvent to rinse out tank and to remove oil from metal and plastic partsWipe components dry using clean, lint and abrasive free cloth, or use dry compressed air
Inspection
Look at all seals, O-rings and gaskets for signs of deterioration such as swelling, crackingor discoloration Check for cracks, scratches, warping or other conditions that would make these parts unusableLook at tank for holes, cuts, warping, chafing or other serious damage4Install tube (b) to oil pumpSecure in place with screws (a) Torque screws to 18 lb in(1.98 Nm)
