Description The AutoSlend system consists of an oil tank, cap assembly, main body assembly, main body cover, diaphragm plate assembly, internal oil filter assembly, low oil warning horn, and fuel filter assemblyThe AutoSlend delivers gasolineoil mixture of 50:1 ratio to the outboard at all outboard speedsThe oil tank total oil capacity is 3.9 quarts (4.13 liters)A usable oil reserve capacity of pint (.47 liters) is included in the total capacity and will provide approximately 30 minutes of WOT operation after low oil warning horn soundsThe horn located on the AutoSlend unit is powered by 12 volt battery and sounds steady warning signal if the oil level drops below one usable pint (.47 liter) The AutoSlend is essentially "spliced" into the fuel system between the fuel tank and outboardAn electrical wiring harness between the battery and warning horn con nector contai ns fuse for the protecti on of the electrical circuitTesting the low oil warning system can be accomplished by filling the tank with oil and inverting the AutoSlend activating the warning horn
