4Install trim rod into cylinder Bleeding Power Trim Unit
IMPORTANT: Manual release valve must be in the closed position during power trim bleeding and operation1Secure power trim unit in soft jawed vice2Remove fill screwAdd Quicksilver Power Trim and Steering Fluid (92-90100A12) or Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) Type FFA or Dexron II up to threads of reservoirInstall fill cap
5Tighten end cap assembly to cylinder securely using spanner wrench (14 in 516 inlong pegs)50241
3Using 12 volt power supply connect positive lead to green wirenegative lead to blue wire and drive trim rod to the down position Connect positive lead to blue wire and negative lead to green wire and drive trim rod to the up position Check fluid level add fluid if required and repeat cycle until fluid level remains at lower portion of threads4Install fill plug
