2Clamp tilt rod in soft jawed vise, as shown Remove O-ring (a)Heat rod with Torch Lamp (91-63209 or 91-74042)Using Spanner Wrench (91-74951)remove rod end (b) by turning rod end in direction (c) 4Slide cap (a) off from rod

5Remove roll pin (a) using punch (or nail) and hammerRemove check valve assembly (b)
6Remove allen plug (a) from shaft17215
3Lift washer (a) and piston (b) from rod; do not let check valve assemblies (c) fall Remove check valve assemblies (c)
