2Install components, as shown Install fill screwTighten manual release valve to full right (clockwise) Open valve (b)abcdTest Gauge Assembly Valve Valve Adaptor Fitting (22-11243)Tilt Pin (Position in Hole Shown)Hose (Route Hose Behind Tilt Pin as Shown)Hose (Not Used for This Check)
Close valve (c) Run pump in the "Up" direction The minimum pressure reading when trimming engine in the trim range should be 1300 psi (91 kgcm2)Run pump in theDown" direction to relieve pressure; remove spare tilt pin (a) (or two bolts and nuts) Tilt engine to full "Up" positionand engage tilt lock leverSlowly remove fill screw to bleed pressure from reservoirFrom full closed (clockwise) position turn manual release valve to turns (counterclockwise) to bleed remaining pressure from Power Trim system Remove test gauge hose and adaptor fitt ing from Power Trim housing, and reinstall allen plug
