Installation 1Reinstall trim cylinder to engine as shown
2Position trim hose clearance bends as specified and connect hoses to trim cylinderBe careful not to cross thread or over-tighten fittings
ACAUTION
Clearance bends (b) must not touch trim cylinder or be farther out than 116 in(1.6mm) after hoses are installed to trim cylinderInterference between clearance bends and inside of cylinder mounting bracket may exist if clearance bends are farther out than 116 in(1.6mm)If clearance bends are too close and touching the trim cylinder, hose vibration will cause wear to the clearance bends3Fill pump with oil and bleed airfrom systemReferto "Filling and Bleeding the Power Trim System,preceding4Check for leaks at hose fittings
