6Secure end plate using nuts and washers (a) 7Apply Quicksilver Liquid Neoprene on seams and any chipped areas 9Install nylon protector (a) using screw (b)
8Install components as shown
Trim Cylinder
Removal
1Tilt outboard to full "up" position Engage tilt lock lever (a) 2Turn manual release valve full in (clockwise) to release pressure from system3Place drain pan under cylinder4Disconnect trim hoses (b) from trim cylinder5Cap hoses to stop oil leakage6Remove mounting bolts (c) and then remove trim cylinder from outboardSolenoid PlateSolenoid Ground Wires (2)Negative Battery Cable (Black)LocknutScrewsLockwasher and NutMotor Wire (Blue)Motor Wire (Green)
