Troubleshooting the "Up" Circuit (When "Trailer" Circuit is OK)
Trim engine to fullDown" position Disconnect purple-white wire from tan wire with purple sleeve, at Point Connect black Voltmeter lead to Point and red lead to purplewhite wire at Point Depress "Up" trim switch Battery voltage should be indicatedBattery Voltage Indicated: Reconnect purple-white wire and black wire with purple sleeve, at Point Disconnect blue-white wire from black wire with blue sleeve, at Point 12 Connect red Voltmeter lead to black wire with blue sleeve, at Point 12 Depress "Up" trim switch and check for battery voltageNo Voltage Indicated:
If remote control is equipped with push button style trim switch connect red Voltmeter lead to Point If remote control is equipped with toggle style trim switchconnect red Voltmeter lead to Point 5
