Manual Tilt System Cleaning and Inspection 1It is recommended that all a-rings exposed during disassembly be replaced 2Clean components, filter, and check ball seats using engine cleaner and compressed airDo not use cloth rags 3Inspect all machined surfaces for burrs or scoring to assure a-ring longevity4Inspect shock rodIf scraper (located in cap) has failed to keep rod clean, replace scraper
2Install cam shaft in valve block3Secure cam shaft in place using insulator, retainer plate, and screwTighten screw securely
