Drive Shaft Housing Installation UPPER MOUNTSDESIGN 1
1Install outer mount cover (a) and inner mount cover (b) onto mount (c)
2Install mount cover (a) and upper mount (b) in drive shaft housing (c) Secure cover using mounting bolts and washers (d) Torque bolts to 90 lbin(9.9 Nm)
2Install upper mount assembly into drive shaft housing and secure using screws (d), washers (e) and nuts (f)Tighten screws securely3Install O-ring (g) and seal (h) into drive shaft housing4Insert bolt (i) (installed in steering arm, preceding) thru mount and secure using washers (j, and I) and locknut (m) DO NOT tighten bolt and locknut until lower mounts are installedRefer toLower Mounts," following 5After lower mounts are installed torque locknuts to 30 lbft(47.5 Nm)
