5Lubricate mount post (a) on tilt lock lever (b) and mount post (c) on clamp bracket with Quicksilver 2-4-C Marine Lubricant and install spring (d) 1Using hammer, tap cross pin (c) (flush) into end of tilt ram
2Assemble tilt tube (a) to port clamp bracket (b) using nut (c) Place wave washer (d) at inboard side of clamp bracket [between swivel bracket (e) and clamp bracket] on tilt tubeCLAMP BRACKET and POWER TRIM INSTALLATION Special Instructions
3Lubricate .0 of tilt tube (a) with Quicksilver 2-4-C Marine Lubricant and install tube thru swivel bracket (b)
