Using an awl (a), remove piston pin lockrings (b)Remove piston rings from piston Remove pistonneedle bearings (29 per piston) and locating washers (a)
Use 14 in12 point socket to remove connecting rod b" boltsRemove connecting rod (a), roller bearings (U 16 per piston), bearing cages (c) and rod cap (d)
Heat dome of piston using torch lamp to approximately 190 If you do not have tempermeter, heat piston for minutesNOTE: Use an asbestos glove to handle heated pistonsSupport the piston and tap out piston pin (a) using service tool ("b" 91-76159A1)
