Place float (a) into carburetor body FLOAT DROP ADJUSTMENT
Hold float bowl cover uprightDistance between levers should be 14 in(6.4mm)Bend tab (a) adjustment is necessary
Install new gasket (a)Install inlet needle seat with gasket (b)Install inlet needle (a)Install float bowl cover as shown
Place float lever (b) between postsInsert hinge pin ("a" knurled end last) thru posts and float lever, push hinge pin into post until knurled end of pin is flush or within 132 in(.8mm) from side of post
