6Apply light coat of 2-4-C with Teflon to the inside of the pump coverRotate the driveshaft in clockwise directionwhile pushing down on the water pump cover to ease the water pump cover over the impeller blades7Hand start starboard front fastener first into the water pump assemblyInstall the remaining fastenersRun all fasteners down and torque in sequence to specification
