2Install the shift shaft assembly into the gear housing as shownEngage the splined end of the shift shaft with the shift crankVerify O-ring is positioned properly and lubricated with 2-4-C with TeflonSecure shift shaft bushing with four screwsTorque screws and speedometer fitting to specification 3Install rubber washer onto shift shaft
