3Place water pump base lower seal on shorter shoulder side of Oil Seal Driver (91-13949) with seal lip toward shoulder4Apply Loctite 271 on O.Dof seal; press seal into water pump base until tool bottoms5Lubricate lip of each seal with Quicksilver 2-4-C wTeflon (92-825407A12)
