Crankcase Cover Installation
1Clean off all oil from the contacting surfaces of the crankcase cover and cylinder blockIMPORTANT: Make sure the contacting surface of the crankcase cover and cylinder block are clean before applying gasket sealant2Apply smooth even coat of Loctite Master Gasket Sealant to the contacting surfaces on the crankcase coverUse small (paint type) roller to spread out the sealant for smooth even coverageInstructions in gasket sealant kit must be followed exactly
NOTE: Do not apply gasket sealant to the main bearings or the bolt holes
