Crankcase and Crankshaft Removal
1Remove crankcase cover and dowel pins
a-Bolts-M8x20 (4) b-Bolts-M6x14 (6) c-Crankcase Cover d-Dowel Pins (2) 2Remove connecting rod bolts and caps3Remove crankshaft, oil seals, and main bearings4Remove carbon ridge from the cylinder bore using burr knifePistons should be taken out through the cylinder head side of blockIMPORTANT: Note locations of connecting rod bolts, caps, rods, and pistons for reassembly
