Torque Sequence Intake Manifold Bolts
Torque bolts to 16.5 lbft(22.4 m)6 5
Powerhead Removal
1Disconnect battery le ads from battery (if applicable)2R emove spark plug le ads from spark plugs3Disconnect remote control harness from engine (if applicable)or lanyard and stop buttonhorn wiring on manual models4Disconnect fuel connector from engineF uel line must also be removed at either engine tray or fuel filter5R emove throttle and shift cables6R emove BLA ground le ad betwe en powerhe ad and engine tray7R emove tell-tale hose from powerhe ad8R emove anti-start in ge ar cable on manual start models and disconnect neutral switch bullet connectors on all models9R emove primer hoses from carb and manifold on manual start models and remove recoil starter
