Place tilt pin in desired hole in the transom bracket so the outboard will run perpendicular to the water when the boat is running at full spe edThis allows the boat to be driven parallel to the water
5Place propeller retainer over pinsPlace block of wood betwe en ge ar case and propeller and tighten propeller nut to 55 lbft(75 m), aligning flat sides of the propeller nut with tabs on the propeller nut retainer
