Shift Cable Installation
1Position the remote control handle into neutral detent2Fit the shift cable thru the front rubber grommet and into the bottom cowl3Place the engine shift lever pin (a) into neutral positionThe propeller shaft will rotate in either direction when in neutral position 4Open up the cable latch (b)5Install the shift cable onto the shift lever pinlock in place with the cable latch6Adjust the barrel (c) on the shift cable so the barrel will fit into the bottom hole of the barrel holder with slight pre-load toward reverse when installed
