Cylinder Head Disassembly Cylinder Head Cover Removal
1Disconnect the breather hose and vent hose from the cylinder head coverRemove cylinder head cover
IMPORTANT: The hose fittings on the fuel pump can break if you try twisting or pulling off the hosesRemove hoses by slowly prying off the hoses using small screwdriver
Disconnect the top fuel Hose from the fuel pumpRemove fuel pump

12345Remove timing belt from driven gearRemove spark plugs leads from spark plugsRemove the throttle and shift levers from side of cylinder headRemove the cylinder head mounting boltsSeparate the cylinder head from the block
