3 Install timing belt as follows : aAlign both gears with their alignment marks (Steps and 2) IMPORTANT: Make sure the Part Number on the belt is upright, not inverted
5Reinstall stator with three bolts
bInstall the timing belt around the gears as shownNOTE: The spring loaded belt tensioner will automatically apply the correct tension against the belt
cAllow the spring loaded belt tensioner to pivot against the beltFasten the belt tensioner at this position53745
aStatorMounting Bolts (3) Apply Loctite 222 to Threads
Stator Bolt Torque
75 Ib in (8.5 Nm)
