Flywheel Removal and Installation Flywheel Removal
3Remove flywheel using puller (91-83164M)
Engine could possibly start when turning flywheel during removal and installationTo prevent this type of accidental engine starting and possible serious injury, always remove spark plug leads from spark plugs
1Disconnect spark plug leads from spark plugsaFlywheel Puller (91-83164M)
Flywheel Installation
1Place flywheel key into slot232Hold flywheel using flywheel holder (91-83163M)Remove nut and washerInstall flywheelHold flywheel using flywheel holder (91-83163M)Apply oil to threads on crankshaft and tighten nut to the specified torque
