5Take measurements again at 90 degrees from first setNOTE: The taper, or difference between the largest and the smallest measurement, must not be more than 0.002 in(0.05 mm) Replace cylinder block if power head wear is more than 0.002 in(0.005 mm) or if cylinder is out of round
AS NEEDED
If cylinder block wear is within tolerance, but slightly scored, hone cylinder with fine stone If cylinder walls are glazed, hone cylinder with medium stone, followed by fine stone
