TEST PROCEDURES (81M n)
TEST POINT TESTER SETTING TEST 1: IGNITION SPARK TEST ST1 Spark tester lead to spark plug lead (see Note 1) NOTE1: Lanyard must be in place on lanyard switch for all tests38 in Gap If no spark, go to Test #2 READING
TEST 2: LANYARD SWITCH TEST LS1 Remove RED lead from switch terminalLS2 Remove other BLK lead from switch terminalRepeat Test #1 If no spark, go to Test #3If spark, replace lanyard switch
TEST 3: STOP SWITCH TEST SS1 Remove BLK lead from switch terminalSS2 Remove other RED lead from switch terminalRepeat Test #1 If no spark, go to Test #4If spark, replace stop switch
