9 Remove throttle shaft (A) and throttle shaft return spring (B) from carburetor Note position of springAS REQUIRED ,
10Remove welch plug Drill hole through welch plug (C)
IMPORTANT Do not drill into carburetor body Insert small screwdriver tip into hole and pry welch plug from housing
11Inspect:

Idle Mixture Screw Inlet Needle Idle Spring Inlet Elbow Body Jet Nozzle Needle Valve Seat
