JREASSEMBLING STARTER (LATE VERSION)
1Install starter rope Tie knot in one end of starter rope and thread rope through opening (A) in rotorWind starter rope counterclockwise as seen from the bottom
AS NEEDED
Install starter spring
AWARNING
Wear safety glasses Apply generous coat of grease to spring (Special Tool NoT-2961)Position spring and keeper in slots in pulley; leave keeper on springInstall pulley in cover Lubricate bore of pulley (A) with light coat of grease (Special Tool NoT-2961)Install pulley spring and rope and cover
