HTESTING CONDENSER FOR SHORT 1Plug black test lead into -COM (A) and red test lead into(8) of multi meter (Special Tool NoT-112S9)Set multimeter to the x1K ohm scale (C)Zero out by touching test leads together and turning adjusting knob (0) until meter reads on the ohm scale (E)
