PREASSEMBLING CARBURETOR (1990 and Newer) AS REQUIRED
1Place welch plug into recess of carburetor body Carefully tap center of welch plug
NOTE: This will spread plug and hold it in place Seal top of plug with nail polishInstall throttle assembly Slide throttle shaft with throttle shaft return spring (A) into carburetor housing
NOTE: Position throttle spring as pictured Turn throttle shaft clockwise until flat side of shaft faces outSecure throttle shutter (C) to throttle shaftDo not tighten screw
