9 Remove throttle shaft (A) and throttle shaft return spring (B) from carburetor Note position of springAS REQUIRED
10Remove welch plug Drill hole through welch plug (C)
IMPORTANT
Do not drill into carburetor body Insert small screwdriver tip into hole and pry welch plug from housing
11Inspect:

Idle Mixture Screw Inlet Needle Idle Spring Inlet Elbow Body Jet Nozzle Needle Valve Seat
