CAUTION Any GREASE used for bearings INSIDE the Powerhead MUST BE gasoline solubleUse only Quicksilver Needle Bearing Assembly Lubricant (92-42649A-1) or 2-4-C wTeflon (92-825407A12)If other lubricants are used inside the Powerhead, damage to engine may occur
Insert piston pin tool through piston in the direction shown, pushing out sleeve

Assembling Rod to Piston
Place clean needle bearings on clean sheet of paper and lubricate with Quicksilver Needle Bearing Lubricant (92-42649A1) or 2-4-C wTeflon (92-825407A12)
NOTE: There are 29 needle bearings per piston
CAUTION
Never intermix new needle bearings with used needle bearings at the same connecting rod endNever intermix needle bearings on one connecting rod with those of another connecting rodShould one (or more) piston pin needle bearing of connecting rod require replacement (or should one or more be lost), replace all of that connecting rod's piston pin needle bearingsPlace sleeve, which is part of Piston Pin Tool (91-74607A1), into connecting rod and install needle bearing around sleeve, as shown51080SleevePiston Pin Tool (91-74607A2)
