11Install the upper pivot pin into the upper bracket12Guide the upper pivot through the trim cylinder rod eye and through the upper bracket13Install the upper bracket to the swivel bracket14Secure the bracket with shoulder bolts inserted through the tilt stop brackets15Install washer and nylock nut on shoulder boltTighten to specified torque
