To replace br ush card remove the plasti casing (a) from the end of th brush pigtail
Remove the metal connectors (b) from th nds of th bru sh pigtails by separating th slit in the connectors using side cu tl eras shown Retain connectorsHemove old brush card from field and frame ssembl yInsert new bru sh card into fi eld and frame assembl yConnect hrush pigtails to field lead with metal con nectors Cri mp metal connectors with pliersUse shrink tubing 10 in sulate the connection to preve nt connections from ground ing against end frame cap
