NOTE: When performing StepB, ifthedrileshaft splines will nol align with crankshaft splinesplace propeller onto pro peller shaft and turn it counterclockwise as the gear housing is being pished toward drive shaft housing8Mo ve gear housing up toward dri ve shaft housing, while ligning upper and lower sh ift shafl splines, and water tube wi th water tube guide (in ",'ater pump bod yl9Place washers onto stud (2 located on either side of drive shafl housing)Star nul 011 these Sludsand tighten fingertight(Figure II)
