7Thread 5 16 18 bolt into th pi vot pinFigure (one each side) to aid in removing pivot pinsRemove pi vot pins, washers and springs8Remove straps (Figure 2) ,hal retain trim send er and trim "ou t" li mit switch, and then remove the swi tc hes from th swivel bracket9Drive outlh pin that holds the trim cylind er pin inl th upper end of th Irim cylinder(Figure10With blunt objeci (so as not to damage slolled end of th pin) dri ve th upper Irim cylinder pin out of the swivel bracket (s upporllh trim cylinder as it will fall free wh en the pin is removed)IIShould the tri cy linder require repairinstall Trim Cylinder Repair Kit PI 79879AI (inslructions are suppli ed with kil)12_Check co nd ition of the lower pin bushings in Ih trim cylinderIf bushings do not require replacemen tit is nOI necessar to re move them INSTALLATION
