POWERHEAD REASSEMBLY and INSTALLATION General Before proceeding with powerhead reassemblybe su re tha all par is to be re- used have been carefully cleaned and thoro ughly to rque wrench is essential for correct reassembl of powerhead DO NOT attempt to reassemble powerhead witho ut using torque wrench Attaching bolts for co,ers, housings and cylinder heads MUST BE torqued tigh tening bolt in progressive stcps (following speci fi ed torque sequencc) un til speci fied torque is reached (see "Example", fo llowing)EXAMPLE: II cyli nder head attaching bol ts require to rqu 011 50 Ibsi a) tighten all bo lts 50 Ibsin(13.6 N.m)ollo wi ng spec ified orque seq uence, b) tighten all bo lts to 100 Ibsin fo ll owing to rqu sequence, then fina lytighten all bolts to 150 IbsII fo llowing to rq ue seque nce
