CARBURETOR REMOVALINSTALLATION CARBURETOR REMOVAL FROM ENGINE
IRemove fu el bayonet ("a" fi gure I) and air box cover ("b" Figure 1)2Remove air box plate ("e" Figure 2)3Disconnect fue lines Cd" Figure 3) from fuel pump4Remove carburetors and li nkage from engine as an assembly (Figure 4), 5Remove fuel hoses and linkage from carburetor6Clean ll old gasket material from carburetors and mount ing su rface on engine
INSTALLING CARBURETORS TO ENGINE
1Install throttle linkage and fuel hoses
and install carburetors 3Sy nchronize carbu retors, refer adjust ing in Section 210
carburetors as

shown in Figure 52Place new flange gaskets onto carburetor mou nting studs
