NOTE Two different types 01 seal can be used :
1Metal cased seal is nstalled with garter spring 'in'

toward gears of tower gear housing 2Rubber cased seal is installed with garter spring 'out' towards propeller
3Remove and replace propeller shaft bearing cage
seal (O-ring) Rmbly and Inslallatlon: 1Reassemble clutch ADrive spring pin part way into clutch
CAUTION
Position clutch so that clutch dogs with chamfered edges are facing toward propeller end of propellershaftFigure 27
