6Slide Impeller on driveshaft (drive pin notches down), push impel ler drive pin through hole in driveshaft and slide impeller down over pin7Apply small amount of oil to end of driveshaftCarefully guide through driveshaft seal with slow turning action until drlveshaft splines begin to engage with splines of bevel pinion gear 4Insert driveshaft in motor leg while turning propeller shaft or crankshaft until driveshaft splines engage crankshaft splinesFigure 9
