3Assemble fuel bowl to carburetor: ABInstall fuel bowl gasketPlace fuel bowl on carburetorflattened portion of bowl bottom toward fuel inlet fittingSecure with gasket and jet assemblyFigure 17After idle needle has been turned all the way inback out one (1) turn Carburetor is now rebuilt and ready to be installed
Install.ltan1Place carburetor, with new gasket, on carburetor adapter and secure with hex nuts
2Apply Lactite (Special Tool NoT 2962- 1) to threads of fuel shut-off valveInstall shut-off valve on carburetor (with barb rotated 45" clockwise) when facing rear of powerheadPlace knob on fuel shut-off valve
