Using pair of truarc pliers to install the truarc snap ring onto the crankshaft to secure the bottom seal in place
EXHAUST COVER AND BYPASS COVER INSTALLATION Coat both sides of NEW gasket with 1000 Sealer, and then place the gasket in position on the exhaust side of the cylinder blockInstall the inner plateCoat both sides of another NEW gasket with sealer ,and then install the gasket and exhaust coverSecure the exhaust cover in place with the attaching hardwareCoat both sides of NEW gasket with sealer, and then place it in position on the cylinder blockInstall the bypass covers and secure them in place with the attaching hardwareIf fuel pump is used, be sure the same bypass cover is installed in the position from which it was removedInstalling in placethe intake bypass coversOne is already
